How to Claim Your Warranty

All products purchased from Fuel Parts Depot are covered by a limited warranty. The coverage period and terms may vary depending on the specific product category, but generally:

  • Auto parts: 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Repair tools: 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace any defective product free of charge, at our discretion.

Steps to Claim a Warranty:

  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

  3. Receive your replacement: Once your request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

What Is Not Covered by Warranty
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers or third-party sellers.

  • Products that have been improperly installed, altered, or misused.

2. What if I don’t have proof of purchase?

  • If you purchased directly from fuelpartsdepot.com, we can locate your order using your name, email address, or shipping address.

  • If you purchased through an authorized Fuel Parts Depot dealer, please contact them for a copy of your receipt.

  • If the item was a gift, the original purchaser will need to provide proof of purchase or submit the warranty claim on your behalf.

3. Will my warranty be renewed if I receive a replacement?
No. Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date. Replacements do not extend or renew the warranty period.

4. Who pays for shipping costs on warranty claims?
