1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow these steps:

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Fuel Parts Depot Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or our error caused the issue, we will cover return shipping costs.

2. What to Do After Receiving Return Authorization
Once you’ve been issued a Return Authorization Number, please:

Prepare the Item:
The product must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Make sure to include any manuals, accessories, or components that came with the product. -
Return Shipment:

Carefully package the item and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to the address we provide.

Deadline: Your return must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received the Return Authorization Number.

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
