Shipping Policy
At Fuel Parts Depot we prioritize fast, reliable delivery for auto parts and repair tools. This policy explains processing times, shipping options and costs, tracking, restrictions, and what to do if there’s a problem.
1. Processing & Handling Times
- Standard processing: Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Peak periods: During sales, holidays, or supply-chain disruptions, processing can take up to 3–4 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and offer multiple delivery services:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must meet cut-off)
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or other carrier events.
3. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout: Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination and service level.
- Free shipping: Orders over $99 (before taxes and fees) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Oversize / heavy items: Larger parts or tool sets may incur additional handling or freight charges; these charges are shown before you complete checkout.
4. Shipping Areas & International Orders
- Domestic (U.S.): We ship to all 50 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Certain products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or diplomatic addresses—these restrictions will be indicated during checkout.
- International shipping: Available to select countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times and fees vary by destination.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
- Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation email or visit our Track My Order page to view the latest status.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Damaged on delivery:If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (邮箱) support@fuelpartsdepot.com. Please include photos of the packaging and damaged product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Lost or not delivered:If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Partial shipments:Some orders ship in multiple packages. Check your shipment emails to confirm separate tracking numbers. If an expected item is missing, contact us and we’ll confirm status.
7. Shipping Restrictions(可选)
- Hazardous materials: Certain chemicals, batteries, and fluids have carrier restrictions and may require special handling or be ineligible for air transit.
- Oversized and freight items: Heavy parts may require freight delivery. Freight shipments may have limited curbside delivery and may require additional handling at delivery.
- Restricted destinations: Due to carrier rules or local regulations, some items may not ship to certain locations.
8. Delays & Limitations
Fuel Parts Depot is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions, weather events, or natural disasters.
- Customs inspections or delays for international shipments.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Important: If you anticipate address changes or need special delivery instructions, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
9. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Verify your shipping address at checkout; if an order is shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, returns or replacement shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you need to update shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order or before shipment. We will attempt to update the carrier instructions, but we cannot guarantee changes after shipping has occurred.
10. Returns & Return Shipping Costs (Summary)
